Forge VFR (Veteran and First Responder) is mission-focused on improving the mental health and well-being of active-duty service members, Veterans, First Responders, and their families.
Forge VFR’s founding team is a band of Veterans, people in recovery, and people who have had friends and family who have been through what you are experiencing.
All of our services are confidential and are all in-network with the Veterans Community Care Network (VACCN), Humana Military (TRICARE), and commercial health insurance plans.

Home Base provides services to veterans and family members. A family member is anyone supporting the veteran, a loved one or partner. Services are provided free of charge and open to veterans of all era’s and regardless of discharge status from the military. Home Base provides services throughout the state of MA in their outpatient clinic for veterans, family care and support. They also provide a short term, intensive program for substance use and co-occurring disorders. Clinic offers Telehealth for easy access to care. Home Base also has a FL location for those located within the state of FL. See website link above for more information on programs and locations.
